Ryan De Sa completed his Masters in Law with a specialization in International Business Law. Prior to this he obtained his paralegal education from the Algonquin Careers Academy in 2010 and received multiple awards of distinction. In addition to his paralegal diploma, Ryan holds a Certificate in Risk Management from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Dispute Resolution from York University.

His areas of practice include Startup Law, Accident Benefits, Landlord & Tenant, Small Claims and Provincial Offences. Before founding De Sa & Associates P.C., Ryan was a managing partner at Marzel Law Barrister & Solicitor in their Personal Injury Division.

Ryan’s interest in personal injury came to fruition as a result of his own involvement in a serious motor vehicle collision. He learned from experience how the insurance companies denied his claims and left him in the dark in his time of need. He is now dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complex world of insurance claims, while working with them to ensure they overcome their injuries and other losses, and rebuild their lives.

Ryan has held a number of appointed positions, and served on boards of corporations in senior level directorship positions. His professional experience is vast and encompasses the fields of logistics, transportation, hospitality, media marketing, healthcare, & construction.

Ryan also volunteers his time with community organizations and has served on various boards including his current position as Director of Legal for the Goan Overseas Association and previously as the President of the C.L.R Association.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys swimming, running, ballroom dancing, and spending time with his family and friends.
