Japandeep is a graduate of the Sheridan College Paralegal Program and joined De Sa & Associates in April 2016 as a student volunteer. Soon after completing his volunteer hours, Japandeep joined the firm in the role of legal assistant in October 2016. In this role, he gained experience in civil litigation, accident benefits, personal injury, contract law and various other aspects of civil litigation.

Japandeep is extremely passionate about helping others and his community. During his senior year of high school, at West Humber Collegiate Institute, Japandeep started the first ever coat drive during the winter season. He and his team of three set out on a mission to donate as many winter coats to the homeless as possible.

Japandeep is also an active member of the Barrie Chamber of commerce and has supported various community events like the Jashn-e-Lohri, the Barrie Holi Fest, and the Albion Islington Fusion of Taste Festival.

In his spare time, Japandeep loves to play basketball, watch the Toronto Raptors, work on cars and attend events at the Toronto Motorsports Park.
