Morgan is a Library and Information Technician graduate with a specialized knowledge of health and legal information processes and technology, which gives her an advantage in her work. She attends conferences for professional development regularly.
Previously, she attended Firefighting college and the City of Hamilton’s Camp Female Firefighters in Training program, learning about medical and emergency response protocols with the goal of helping her community. Morgan’s work history includes experience with seniors and other vulnerable, diverse populations in a Short-term Care Hospital and in one of the most prominent Canadian Psychiatric and Rehabilitation Hospitals. She has worked with clinical research, information, and technology at a Canadian Hospital renowned for cancer research. Currently she is enrolled in Records and Information Management to expand her knowledge.
Morgan has studied personality and abnormal psychology and possesses her Mental Health First Aid certificate, which enables her to consider and value individuals’ mental wellbeing as much as their physical wellbeing. She also studies physiological health as a hobby, and helping others to achieve wellness is one of her core values.
During her spare time, Morgan enjoys psychology, philosophy, research, technology, animals, fitness, and volunteering. She also volunteers mainly at a Psychiatric and Rehabilitation Hospital Library
