Rafal’s journey into the provision of legal services started with a life and career-altering auto accident. Rafal experienced first-hand the bureaucracy and an uphill battle one faces after being in a car accident. Rafal worked in the Engineering Profession prior to his motor vehicle accident, and like many after an accident, was unable to resume his work duties as a result.

Rafal started out working with an Assessment Centre that specialized in patients overcoming their fears of driving after an accident. The integration of the relationships built over a period of time, and an opportunity arose in 2009 for Rafal to start work at a Law Firm as an Administrative Assistant. As Rafal gained experience, he entered school at Everest College for a Paralegal Program while maintaining working at the firm. This challenge did not hold Rafal back from finishing the program in the top tier of his class.

Rafal is a Licensed Paralegal who provides legal services at De Sa & Associates in the areas of Accident Benefits, Provincial Offences, Small Claims and Landlord & Tenant.

Rafal’s motto from his engineering days that applies to law and he believes in is; “Engineering is the precision of Science; Law is the precision of Fact”. Rafal’s experiences over time taught him that in this profession one must possess the traits of patience, empathy, and precision.

Rafal works closely with the clients, their family members and treating specialists to ensure that each and every client receives the best possible quality of service and treatment available.

In his spare time Rafal enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
